Dr. Kevin Murrell |

Dr. Kevin Murrell was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. His family later moved to Shelby Twp. where he graduated from Eisenhower High School in 1981. He went on to persue his dream at the University of Michigan and graduated from dental school in May of 1989. The practice opened in December of 1989 at it's current location on Shelby Rd. Dr. Murrell has since become a member of the American Dental Association(www.ada.org), the Michigan Dental Association(MDA), and the Macomb Dental Society. He eagerly stays current with continuing eduaction classes ins esthetic and cosmetic dentistry. He and his wife and their four children reside in Shelby Twp. He enjoys spending time with his family and bicycling.

Many of you will recognize Sarah Lowran as Dr. Murrell's dental assistant. Well, we've added another job to her credentials. She is now our receptionist and Beth's assistant. Her face will be the first one you see when you walk into the office and the voice you will here on the phone when you need to make an appointment. She will be able to assist you with many of your dental questions. And yes, her and Amanda are sisters!

Angie Mills is our part-time Registered Dental Hygienist, who is also Dr. Murrell's sister. She graduated from Oakland Community College in 1993. She is an important member of our dental team and she always makes sure your dental experience is a pleasant one. She also uses the ultrasonic scaler and the intraoral camera to enhance your dental experience.

Amanda Lowran has recently joined the practice as Dr. Murrell's dental assistant. Our patients are finding a connection with her. She is very friendly and personable and will make sure you are very comfortable during your dental exprience.

Beth Baker is Dr. Murrell's office manager. She's been running the office for four years. She will be the person who will handle all of your financial arrangements. If you have a question regarding your bill, insurance, or treatment plan she can answer your questions. It's a joke around the office that she does everything but fix your teeth!

Melissa Luncford is our full-time Registered Dental Hygienist. She is a 1989 graduate on Mott Community College. She is active in persuing continuing education courses on hygiene techniques and practice building. She regularly uses our ultra sonic scaler and intraoral camera to enhance your dental experience. She has been at Dr. Murrell's side since day one and is a comforting face our patient's look forward to seeing.
